Refund Policy

  • Tuition Fees are due and payable before the arrival of the students. (Note: Adjustments may be required due to currency fluctuations.)
  • Registration Fee of $250.00 CND is non-refundable, and is payable at the time of making the application.
  • Students must give Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools a written notice of withdrawl.
  • Before the program begins, and a VISA has not been issued a full refund of tuition fees will be given.
  • A tuition refund will be given of one-half of tuition fees if the student withdraws within 30 calendar days of the beginning date of the school program.
  • No refund of fees will be given if a student withdraws after 30 days from the beginning date of the program. 
  • No refund of fees will be given if a student is dismissed from the International Student Program. 
  • Students who seriously violate the policies of the school or the law will be returned home at his/her expense.
  • Students who become Permanent Residents after tuition fees have been paid before September 30, will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $500.
  • No refund of fees will be given if a student receives Landed Immigrant Status after 30 days from the beginning date of the program
