Personal Program Plans: General Guidelines

The student’s overall learning profile will determine the most appropriate Personal Program Plan format to use when developing the student’s priority goals. Learning assistance teachers will complete the Current Areas of Impact page from the Ministry’s Impact Assessment: For Identification of Students Requiring Intensive Supports to identify the priority areas for goal development. Students with any of the learning profiles listed below may be identified as receiving intensive supports if this is required to implement their program.
